Nimbus Projects is planning to acquire 100% equity shareholding of one of the Delhi based Private Company. Consequently, the Private Company shall turn out to be the subsidiary of the Company. Accordingly, meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on March 27, 2014 for considering the matter of acquisition and other related / associated matters.
Nimbus Projects has been engaged in real estate business and also providing real estates consultancy as Special Purpose Vehicle/ Joint Venture/ Collaboration in relation to integrated townships, Group Housing Multiplexes ,Hotels ,Resorts, IT parks, Bio- Tech parks and SEZ’s.
