Jay Ushin’s arbitral proceedings in the matter of validity of agreement against U-shin, Japan have been mutually resolved and accordingly stands terminated. Earlier on March 26, 2012, notice of arbitration from A&M Law Offices on behalf of their client U-shin, Japan was served to the company.

Jay Ushin is a major OE supplier to almost all makers of four wheeler as well as two wheelers in India includes Maruti Suzuki , Hyundai Motors India, General Motors, Honda Siel, Honda Motor Cycle & Scooters Division, Mahindra & Mahindra and Tata Motors.
