Ashiana Housing receives MoEF’s clearance for Utsav Lavasa

Ashiana Housing, a Delhi based real estate player, has been granted environment clearance for its Phase I Hill station Township of lavasa from Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF). The company has already resumed construction for its Phase I at this site. The total project of Utsav Lavasa spans around the area of 6.87 lakhs square feet.

Recently, Ashiana Housing had received multiple awards in residential segment in Zee Business - RICS Awards ceremony. Ashiana Aangan, a residential project in Bhiwadi, NCR was awarded the ‘Best Residential Project’ in North India and Ashiana Woodlands in Jamshedpur secured the ‘Best Residential Project’ in East India.
