Redington gains on transfering 14% stake in Easyaccess to Harrow Investment

Redington (India) is currently trading at Rs. 72.00, up by 0.20 points or 0.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 71.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 72.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 73.60 and Rs. 71.80 respectively. So far 41613 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 86.00 on 22-May-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 48.00 on 30-Sep-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 74.20 and Rs. 67.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2890.25 crore.

Redington (India) has transferred its balance 14% shareholding in Easyaccess Financial Services (Easyaccess) to Harrow Investment Holding, Mauritius. With this, the Company has completed the sale of 100% shareholding in Easyaccess.

Redington (India) is engaged in the business of vendor-authorized end-to-end supply chain management of information technology (IT) hardware and software products. The company distributes a range of IT products, such as networking, storage, and enterprise products, as well as servers and software solutions.
