ITC gains on plan to increase price of gold flake kings, classic 20-stick pack by 13%

ITC is currently trading at Rs. 359.85, up by 0.85 points or 0.24 % from its previous closing of Rs. 359.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 359.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 362.25 and Rs. 355.00 respectively. So far 459551 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 380.00 on 24-Jul-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 281.15 on 10-Apr-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 365.00 and Rs. 352.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 284564.89 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 53.59 % and 46.13 % respectively.

ITC is planning to increase price of gold flake kings and classic 20-stick pack by 13%. Following the price hike, the gold flake kings and classic 20-stick pack will cost Rs 170 per pack as against Rs 150 per pack.

Earlier in January, the company increased price of Bristol cigarette by 15% to Rs 45 per pack and increased price of Wills navy cut cigarette by 17%.

ITC, a diversified conglomerate has business interests in cigarettes, hotels, paperboards and specialty papers, packaging, agri-business, packaged foods and confectionery, information technology, branded apparel, personal care, stationery, safety matches and other FMCG products.
