Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances has completed the slump sale purchase on March 29, 2014 of one of the divisions of LLM Appliances, an associate of the company, engaged in procuring/ manufacturing and marketing of domestic kitchen appliances and domestic electrical appliances business under the trade name and trade mark 'Butterfly', which is synergetic to the company’s existing business. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 22, 2014 had approved for the same.
