Trident Tools has received board’s approval for its proposed scheme of amalgamation of Quickcut Engineering and Trident Tools. The company received the approval for the said scheme of amalgamation at its board meeting held on December 16, 2011.
Quickcut Engineering has created huge capacities for manufacturing of hand hacksaw blades and frames along with a bimetal bandsaw blade weld centre in association with one of the largest American countries. So the amalgamation between the two companies will create mega capacities for hand hacksaw blades and frames along with the addition of a bimetal bandsaw blade weld centre of transferor company.
Trident Tools has since gradually evolved into manufacturing a wide range of hand tools and power tool accessories, as well.
