Bharat Gears has commenced commercial production at Lonand Plant at Satara, Maharashtra from March 31, 2014. Earlier, the company’s Lonand Plant had become operational as the trail production has started in the quarter ended December, 2013. The Company was awaiting some regulatory approvals to start the commercial production at the Lonand Plant.
Bharat Gears manufactures a wide range of gears for HCV, MCV, LCV, utility and off-highway vehicles. The products includes bevel, straight bevel and transmission gears.
