About Nila Infrastructures Ltd

Nila Infrastructures was incorporated in 1990. The main business of the company comprises construction activities. The company is involved in the construction of luxurious bungalows, commercial and residential buildings, infrastructure projects such as industrial estates including roads, plots, sheds, lighting, etc.

The company is a leading developer of civic urban infrastructure. From its roots in real estate to becoming a trusted name in public infrastructure, it has consistently delivered projects that transform cityscapes and uplift communities. It is the regional market leader in slum rehabilitation and housing redevelopment, with a proven track record in executing large-scale, high-impact projects. The development of critical public assets, including modern bus ports, BRTS stations, multilevel car parks, medical institutions, and industrial facilities, marks its evolution into a full-scale urban infrastructure company.

As a pure-play Urban Infrastructure contractor/developer, the company works on developing urban infrastructure projects by leveraging its core competency. The management is optimistic about the growth of its economy in general and construction sector in particular. The company has on hand meaningful Affordable Housing development orders to the tune of the highest order-book in the history of the company and providing a visibility of a multi-year growth. The company has also built significant Public-Private Partnership (PPP) based order-book where the remuneration is superior for a long-term sustainable growth. The company is now a sort of a Specialist in Affordable Housing Infrastructure and pure-play Urban Infrastructure player.

2010-13:

  • Launches and completes 2 major housing schemes - Anvayaa & Anaahata.
  • Gets a project to construct Industrial Structures at RJD Textile Park in Surat.
