Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a shareholders’ resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 27, 2024 and name of the company was changed to ‘Adcounty Media India Limited’ and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 28, 2024, was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

The firm empowers its client-base with customized advertising solutions that are designed and developed through the lenses of customers.
