About Dynamatic Technologies Ltd

Dynamatic Technologies, incorporated in 1973, is a manufacturer of highly engineered, mission critical products for the Hydraulics, Aerospace and Metallurgy industries. With futuristic design, engineering and manufacturing facilities in Europe and India, Dynamatic Technologies serves customers across many continents. The company is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of hydraulic gear pumps and has held the leadership position in hydraulic gear pumps market for many years. The company is vertically integrated, with its own alloy-making, casting and forging capabilities as well as its own captive green energy sources.

The company is a pioneer and leader, amongst the private sector, in both India and the UK, for the manufacture of precision flight critical, and complex airframe structures and aerospace components. It is a Tier-1 supplier to the global aerospace OEMs. The company also manufactures high precision, complex metallurgical ferrous for performance critical components such as turbochargers and exhaust manifolds and has advanced capabilities to support the OEM needs. It is An AS 9100, TS 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 Company.

The company was incorporated on November 03, 1987 as Interface Software Resources Private Limited. The name of the company was changed to Datamatics Technologies Private Limited on December 18, 1992 giving birth to the ITES/BPO arm of the Datamatics group. On December 27, 1999, the company converted itself from a Private Limited Company into a Public Limited Company.

The company designs and builds highly engineered products for Hydraulic, Aeronautic, Metallurgy industries. The company is a leading Private R&D Organisation, with numerous inventions and patents to its credit.

The company operates in three business segments: 

  • Hydraulics: Dynamatic Technologies is one of the largest manufacturers of hydraulic gear products in the world. This business unit designs and manufactures hydraulic gear pumps in both aluminum and cast iron, available in multiple frame sizes.
  • Aerospace & Defence: Dynamatic-Oldland Aerospace (DOA), a division of the company, is a pioneer and leader in the Indian private sector for the manufacture of high-precision airframe and aerospace components.
  • Metallurgy: The Metallurgy division supplies highly complex parts to customers worldwide, producing intricate iron castings in sophisticated alloys for various industries.

  • 2022: Partnered with Northrop Grumman. Northrop Grumman has signed a Letter of Intent with Dynamatic Technologies, to support their workshare for India Navy F/A-18 program.
  • 2022: Subsidiary -- Dynamatic Manufacturing has signed a long-term contract with Spirit AeroSystems to manufacture detail parts for Spirit’s Belfast facility in Northern Ireland.
  • 2023: Completed the First Delivery of the Airbus A220 Escape Hatch Door produced in Dynamatic’s facilities to Airbus Atlantic.
  • 2024: Entered into partnership with Deutsche Aircraft, the German OEM based in Munich, Germany.
  • 2024: Signed MoU with Sansera Engineering to supply intricate structural parts for the Airbus A220 Door Program.
  • 2025: Dynamatic Technologies and Deutsche Aircraft inaugurated the Rear Fuselage Assembly Line for the 40-seater D328eco turboprop aircraft at Dynamatic's state-of-the-art aerospace facility in Bangalore, India.
  • 2025: Selected as an exclusive partner by consortium of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and Bharat Electronics (BEL) for India’s 5th Generation Fighter Aircraft (AMCA) programme.
  • 2026: Dynamatic Technologies and Hutchinson signed Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to address the fast -growing aerospace market in India.
