About ITL Industries Ltd

ITL Industries was established in 1986, as a commercial Tool Room to cater to the needs of local industries. Engineering industry in India then, was in nascent stage and demand for Metal Sawing Machines was growing rapidly. ITL emerged as the sole manufacturer of India's first cent percent indigenously designed and developed High Speed Double Column Band Saw Machine to meet the growing demand.

Today ITL offers 60 different models of Bandsaw machine ranging from 100 mm to 1500 mm cutting capacity with manual, semi automatic, automatic and fourth generation CNC machine. In1996, ITL joined hands with KASTO Maschinenfabrik GmbH Germany to manufacture state-of-the-art High Speed Power Hacksawing Machines in India, with a buy back arrangement. Today ITL manufacture's three models of Kasto Sawing Machines with cutting capacities 250 mm, 280 mm. and 400 mm. dia. in India as per Kasto Technology.

With the outlet in USA, ITL is entering into global market rapidly and established as a reliable qualified vendor to world leaders in the engineering fields. ITL, a pioneer and leader in High Speed Sawing Technology has established itself in domestic and global market as an innovative and reliable “Cutting Solution Provider”.

In the year 1999, ITL ventured in complete new segment of machine manufacturing where micron and metallurgy was of utmost importance and started manufacturing of Tube and Pipe Mills, Section Mills, Straightening Machine, Draw Benches, Auto Cutt-Off, Accumulators etc.

ITL is the hub for Tube Technology of leading manufacturer's technical savvy from USA, Europe and Japan and offers state of the art paraphernalia crafted by highly experienced technical team from Dee Tee industries, Indore and Technomac Engineers, Ghaziabad who have been serving Indian and global Tube Industries for decades.

Servicing has been a prime consideration for ITL Industries Ltd. We are able to provide servicing in all cities of the country through our Service network. Thus one is always assured of prompt after sales service. 

Product range of the company includes:

Blades

  • AMBASSADOR M-42- This high performance saw blade has been specially designed to cut variety of materials including Stainless Steel, High Alloy Steel & Tool Steel. The long lasting backing material is developed with Chrome. The teeth are made of alloyed HSS with 8% Cobalt & 10% Moly. (M-42, 68-69 HRC).
  • PREMIER M-42- Cost effective blades with positive and neutral rake angle tooth design for cutting variety of materials. M-42 edge provides high heat resistance giving extremely good tool life. Specially developed backing material, alloyed with Chromium gives excellent durability. Suitable for cutting all common steels. (M-42, 67-68 HRC).
  • MAGNUM CARBIDE- Carbide tipped bandsaw blade is essentially used for sawing tough alloys such as Cobalt, Nickel, Zirconium and Titanium based metal with extremely good surface finish. Higher cutting rates can be achieved in cutting S.S., High Alloy and Tool Steels.

These are available for cutting materials ranging from 10mm onwards up to 125 mm in four different models.

Special Purpose- It includes Pipe Cutting Machine Model - 420 DCAP, Radial Tyre Cutting for Destructive Testing, Pipe/Tube Bundle Cutting Machine, Special purpose Angle Cutting Machine, Band Parting Machine, Keyway Slotting Machine, B-026-IT- 1500 X 650 mm Double Column High Speed Bandsaw Machine, etc.
