A well planned inward store to receive and stock all the raw materials and consumables, a well equipped laboratory to test the incoming materials, two billet shearing presses, a battery of power hacksaws, a well equipped forge shop with three drop hammers of 500 kg, 750 kg and 1000 kg capacity, three trimming presses of 100 tonnes and 150 tonnes capacity, three coining presses of 200 tonnes and 300 tonnes capacity, a state-of-the-art heat treatment shop with three heat treatment furnaces, a modern tool room equipped with lathes, drilling machines, shaper, electric discharge machine, engraving machine and pneumatic grinders, a well equipped fettling and shot blasting section consisting of a battery of bench grinders and flexible shaft grinders and three shot blasting machines, a vigilent inspection and quality assurance wing equipped with precision instruments and gauges to ensure product quality, a computerised drawing and design section, an automated office section are all in place to ensure customer service of established standards.
