The company was originally formed as a partnership firm in the name and style of ‘Mason Infrastructure’ through partnership deed dated February 06, 2020. The partnership firm was converted into Private Limited company under part I (Chapter XXI) of the Companies Act, 2013 and incorporated as ‘Mason Infratech Private Limited’ on April 24, 2023, pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. The company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the General Meeting of the company held on September 20, 2023, and the name of the company was changed to ‘Mason Infratech Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 16, 2023 was issued by RoC, Mumbai.
