Prime Property started its real estate activity in the year 2002, with the launch of its “Prime Avenue” project at S V Road, Vile Parle (W), having two towers ‘A’ & ‘B’.

Prime Property Development Corporation, a BSE-listed company, has been promoted by. Padamshi l. Soni, a man with vision; a man whose foundation is built on Quality, Trust and Promise. His diverse expertise in business, spanning more than three decades, of which 16 years is in real estate, has garnered the growth of Prime Property.  He has been instrumental in the construction of landmark residential and commercial buildings for high end customers in Mumbai.The company has now positioned itself as a unique company catering to the high-end of the property market.

Functioning from its owned premises in JVPD Scheme, Mumbai, Prime Property started its real estate activity in the year 2002, with the launch of its “Prime Avenue”.  In a short span since then, the company has made a name for itself as a quality developer of real estate, having constructed such other landmark projects as “Prime Plaza”, “Prime Centre” and “Prime Beach”.  All these projects are located on prime land, are luxurious residential apartments and large commercial units like show rooms, shops and offices.
