Radhe Developers was established in the year 1990. Ever since its inception the name Radhe stands for quality, craftsmanship and expertise. The seeds of this entity were sown in the name of C Patel & Co by a farsighted and visionary man Chunibhai C Patel, having 50 years of experience in the business of construction and supervision, with an objective of promoting, construction and developing residential and commercial complexes. The history began with the founding of Jash Development Corporation in 1974 in partnership of Prafulbhai C Patel having 47 years of experience for developing a commercial unit, which was then let out. In the year 1990 Radhe Construction was established followed by Radhe Organizers, Radhe Estate Developers, Radhe Associates, Radhe Consultancy and Radhe Developers India Ltd. Together they have developed or are in the process of developing elegant, innovative and practical residential and commercial projects. Radhe Developers (India) Limited's principal activity is to construct and develop residential and commercial complexes. The residential projects include Takshshila, Mandar Bungalows and Tirthbhumi. The commercial projects include Tulsi, Ganesh Plaza and Abhinav Arcade. The ongoing projects are Emerald Park and Olympus Mall. The company operates only in India.
On January 5, 2010 the Radhe Developers decided to raise funds by launching fixed deposits of the company. The board has approved the FD text. These funds would be used for the company's upcoming projects.
