Regaliaa Realty incorporated in 1994 is a listed public limited company engaged in the business of property development & construction. The company was promoted with the purpose of designing, developing, constructing and marketing apartments, semi independent houses, independent houses, IT Parks, Malls, Service Apartments, etc.
The company went in for a public issue in May 1995 and had its issue fully subscribed. The company has decided to focus on the middle income housing with the idea of tapping the large and stable market that this segment offers.
It has completed several projects in and around the city of Chennai and the total built up area of these projects is a little over half a million sq.ft. The company is professionally managed with a complement of well trained technical staff, sales & marketing personnel and a customer relations department with the back office fully equipped.
The company believes that having a team of reputed consultants will enable it to execute its projects with proper care and complete details in place and not leaving any stone unturned.
Regaliaa Realty has now embarked upon creating an exclusive Gated Community Complex., Off: ECR, Chennai. The company has recently diversified into hospitality by opening up its first premium serviced apartment complex under the Companyâ€™s own registered brand name â€˜Homcourtâ€™ in the Central Business District of Chennai â€“ Nungambakkam High Road. The company is also setting up a Serviced Apartment complex â€“ one each in Hyderabad & Bangalore in prime locations.
Regaliaa Realty (Formerly Sudsun Housing Development (I) Ltd.), is a founder member of Fairpro (Foundation for Fair Practices in Property Development). Fairpro is a non-profit organisation registered as a section 25 guarantee company and is established by property developers to promote fair practices in property development through voluntary submission to a common code of conduct. The company's Chairman & Managing Director D Sudhakara Reddy is a founder member of the Governing Council of Fairpro.
