About Oasis Tradelink Ltd
The company was originally incorporated at Ahmedabad as ‘Oasis Tradelink Private Limited’ on November 20, 1996 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. The company was converted in to a Public Limited Company and consequently the name was changed to ‘Oasis Tradelink Limited’ vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 22, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli.
Business area of the company
The company has been evolved as trading and marketing company of branded and packaged edible oils business. The company has started its commercial operations as a trading and marketing entity in edible oils. Gradually, it has entered into the manufacturing and production by leasing a packaging/production unit in Kadi town of Mehsana, district in north Gujarat.
Over the last couple of years, the company has achieved tremendous growth in sales, owing to acquiring marketing and sales rights of MARUTI Brand oil in Gujarat. The company sources its products from multinational suppliers, and packages them under various popular brands. Over the years, the company has built up a credible sales-force to market its products in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
