My Fair Lady was incorporated on November 28, 1981 as a public company and obtained certificate of commencement of business on January 13, 1982 from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana at New Delhi. Since its inception the company has been selling cosmetic products under the brand name My Fair Lady, which is owned by its promoting company My Lady Cosmetics (India) that has permitted the company to use its brand names vide board resolutions dated January 20, 1982 and an agreement dated November 1, 1993.
The manufacturing units of the company are located in New Delhi and in the Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. The registered office of the company is located at Z-37, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi 110020.
