Innovative Tech Pack (ITPL) is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and PP (Polypropylene) plastic products. It was incorporated on April 26, 1989. The company, which started off as a modest corporation with a handful of clients, has now evolved and grown manifold to an entity with a total turnover of more than Rs 50 crore.

The company manufactures PET bottles, jars, and caps at its manufacturing plant located in the Mewat district of Haryana with installed capacities of 43 million bottles, 9 million jars, and 15 million caps. These products are used in the packaging of fruit juices, mineral water, carbonated drinks, edible oils, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and other products.

ITPL set up its first plant at Sohna, Gurgaon where it started manufacture of PET plastic bottles and jars via single-stage Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) technology. In 1994, ITPL pioneered the use of two-stage blow molding machines from Sidel, France in India. These machine were used for manufacturing carbonated soft drinks bottles in large numbers, cost effectively.

Pet Jars & Bottles

ITPL has a vast experience and supplies detailed packaging design and development of PET solutions for products such as edible oil bottles, bottles for personal hygiene products - hair oils, liquid hand wash, shampoo, detergents, dish washing liquid, cosmetics, pharmaceutical bottles, fruit juices and juice based bottles, alcoholic beverage bottles, wide mouth jars for packaging of coffee, tea, diary whitener, cereals, glucose etc., and wide mouth jars for packaging of confectioneries, biscuits, chewing gums, chocolates etc.

The company’s in-depth knowledge of their markets, coupled with its technical expertise, enables it to devise bottles tailored to specific customers and product requirements including oxygen and carbon dioxide barriers and UV light blocking for products sensitive to these kinds of exposure.

ITPL is also well equipped to design bottles and containers specific to customer’s shape and design attributes pertaining to their own market research for other market requirements.

PP Caps & Containers

ITPL offers an extensive range of caps, closures and dispensing systems suitable for a wide range of sectors including health and beauty, toiletry, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, automotive, DIY, leisure and household products.

The company offer caps and closures to fit bottles, jars and tubes and the range includes screw on, flip tops, snap-ons, spray pumps, lotion pumps, serum pumps, trigger pumps, airless packs, foamers, disc tops, talc caps, overcaps, roll-ons and nozzles in a vast range of shapes and sizes depending on the customer requirements.

It is also equipped to manufacture PP containers Via ISBM process, catering to markets like malt based drinks etc. where a moisture /oxygen / carbon dioxide barrier is particularly critical depending on the characteristics of the products being filled.
