True Colors Limited was incorporated on October 9, 2021 as ‘True Colors Private Limited’, a private limited company. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by the Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on February 28, 2025 and consequently the name of the company was changed to ‘True Colors Limited’.
