About Quest Capital Markets Ltd

BNK Capital Markets, a part of the BNK Capital Group, was incorporated in 1986. It started as leasing and finance company and became a Category 1 Merchant Banker in late 80s and was into merchant banking, financial and investment advisory services.

Today BNK Capital is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) engaged in investment banking distribution services, corporate finance and advisory services. It is also a member of National Multi commodity Exchange of India.

BNK Capital Markets has Web based Investment Boutique, an integrated investment portal, which is a one-stop shop for hi-tech investors of today. It is looking to set up Investment Boutiques in major cities of the country and abroad. Its clientele spreads from Institutions, Corporate Houses and High Net worth Investors.

Ever since its inception, the company diversified its activities in various spheres of financial services and investment counseling. Over the years it has fortified its position in the financial sector to become a major service oriented financial agency. The company’s human resource strategy revolves around the development of the individual.

It plans to expand its operations in various cities of India and abroad. The company has set up an equity research cell to conduct indepth research on companies and industry for this purpose.

BNK Capital Markets disinvested its holding to the extent of Rs 25 lakhs in its wholly owned subsidiary BNK Stock Brokers for strategic reasons. BNK Stock Brokers merged with BNK Securities in 1997. With this the company ceased to become a subsidiary of BNK Capital Markets.

  • BNK eSolutions - Jointly promoted by Nirmal Bagaria and Ajit Khandelwal some nine years ago, BNK eSolutions is Eastern India’s first 24-hour international call  centre.
  • BNK Securities – Incorporated in 1995, the company provides broking and investment advisory services to a lot of high net worth investors, corporate and business houses, financial institutions, banks and mutual funds. It is also involved in distribution of financial products.
  • BNK Commodities – A member of the National Commodities and Derivative Exchange and Multi Commodity Exchange of India.
  • BNK Comdex DMCC - BNK Comdex DMCC, a company incorporated in Dubai has acquired the membership of Dubai Gold and Commodity Exchange (DGCX). It offers services of broking and international trading in commodities and their derivatives from its office at Dubai. These services are available to persons qualified to trade in international exchanges

Latest Development:

The company divested its entire holding of 2,937,025 equity shares of Rs 10 each in BNK eSolutions in March 2009.
