Kabra amends technology agreement entered with Battenfeld-Cincinnati

Kabra Extrusiontechnik (KET), a leader in the Indian extrusion machinery market has recently amended the technology agreement entered with Battenfeld-Cincinnati, Australia. With this initiative, the company has strengthened its foothold in the plastic extrusion industry.

Kabra Extrusiontechnik had a technological collaboration with Battenfeld Extrusiontechnik, Germany since 1983. In 2006, this partnership was further strengthened as Battenfeld acquired 14% equity stake in the company. The technology agreement with the said company was executed in April, 2006 which has been amended recently to include technology from its group member Battenfeld-Cincinnati, Austria.

Kabra Extrusiontechnik, a part of Kolsite group, is a leading manufacturer of plastic extrusion machinery in India. It offers a wide range of hi-tech sophisticated single and twin screw extrusion lines for pipes, profiles, pellets, and PO pipelines for HDPE/PPR, teleduct, mono and multilayer blown films etc.
