Todi (Ajay Kumar Todi) as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from July 01, 2014, under section 196, 197 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Schedule V of the said Act. This appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
