Nandan Denim gains on getting fundamental grade of 3/5 from CRISIL

Nandan Denim is currently trading at Rs. 45.45, up by 0.05 points or 0.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 45.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 46.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 46.85 and Rs. 44.85 respectively. So far 82622 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 51.50 on 07-Jul-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 26.25 on 01-Nov-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 46.85 and Rs. 43.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 207.70 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.98% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.84% and 40.18% respectively.

Credit rating agency, CRISIL Research has assigned a CRISIL IER fundamental grade of 3/5 on Nandan Denim. The grade indicates that the company’s fundamentals are ‘good’ relative to other listed equity securities in India. The rating agency has also assigned valuation grade of 5/5 to the company.

The company has received the said rating on the back of its established position, large capacity and a healthy clientele.
