Birla Precision Technologies’ lender bank - State Bank of India, Mumbai Branch, has taken symbolic possession of the company’s property situated at Nasik district and one of the property out of three situated at Aurangabad.
The company has received the possession notice under Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI) from the bank regarding the same.
