Future Consumer Enterprise has received its board’s approval to set up a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) to undertake acquisition of business. The company has also received approval for setting-up of multiple food products manufacturing facility, at Integrated Food Park, Tumkur, Karnataka. The board of company at its meeting held on September 04, 2013 has approved for the same.
Future Consumer Enterprise is the alternate investment arm of Future Group, India's largest retailer. The Future Group is a business group, led by Kishore Biyani, focusing on consumption-led businesses in India and is also one of India’s leading organized multi-format retailers.
