Sahara One Media & Entertainment has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Trilogic Digital Media for purchase of content from the company and to appoint the company as sole entity to seek, appoint and engage production houses for producing programme contents. The entering of the aforesaid MOU was also approved by the board of directors of the company at their meeting held on May 21, 2014.
Sahara One Media & Entertainment operates in the motion pictures and television arena. Formerly known as Sahara India Mass Communication, it commissions and provides television software for Sahara One, Filmy and Firangi Channels.
