Sahara One Media & Entertainment has terminated the Programme Licence Agreement entered into on August 04, 2004 with Sahara India TV Network - unit of Sahara India Commercial Corporation, for arrangement of production of Content, vide letter dated August 05, 2014 received from Sahara India TV Network. The same has also been taken note of by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 11, 2014.
Sahara One Media & Entertainment operates in the motion pictures and television arena. Formerly known as Sahara India Mass Communication, it commissions and provides television software for Sahara One, Filmy and Firangi Channels.
