BFDPL to acquire 11% stake of KSS

Birla Financial & Distribution Services (BFDPL) is all set to acquire 11% stake of KSS by converting the Optionally Convertible Redeemable Bonds of the Company. In this regard, both the entities have signed a joint venture agreement on 25th September, 2014.

KSS has a presence on Pan India basis through its wholly owned subsidiaries K Sera Sera Miniplex and K Sera Sera Digital Cinema.
