JL Morison India has received an approval to start manufacturing of cosmetic products including Hair colour/Dye. The board of directors at their meeting held on November 07, 2014 has approved for the same.
The board also decided to alter objects clause of the memorandum of association of the company by inserting new object clause with respect to manufacturing of cosmetic products including Hair colour/Dye.
JL Morison (India) manufactures and markets fast moving consumer goods. It distributes different company’s brands such as Nivea, Emoform, Coty, Playboy and Lamborghini fragrances, Equal, Bigen and Beechams. The company also markets its own range of products.
