Binny is contemplating merger of Mohan Breweries and Distilleries, a company under the same management along with its subsidiary, Arthos Breweries with itself. The board of directors will meet on November 14, 2014 to transact about the same.
The company will also consider a proposal by Landmark Housing Projects Chennai, with which it has an agreement of sale for 14.16 acres of land, to settle the entire sale consideration.
Binny is engaged in the business of marketing textiles goods, marketing engineering and other products, shipping related business, operating cold storage at Cochin, travel agency business approved by IATA and TAI, real estate and Container Freight Station.
