Eros International Media is currently trading at Rs. 373.90, up by 1.65 points or 0.44% from its previous closing of Rs. 372.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 373.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 378.70 and Rs. 370.10 respectively. So far 20109 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 399.40 on 05-Jan-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 136.50 on 04-Feb-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 393.45 and Rs. 369.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3441.27 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.41% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.31% and 6.28% respectively.

ErosNow, the on demand entertainment platform of Eros International Media (Eros International), a leading global film company in the Indian film entertainment industry, has entered into a tie-up with RailTel Corporation of India (RailTel), a PSU under the Railway Ministry, for ErosNow streaming services which has been launched through broadband for railway passengers.

The Wi-Fi service was successfully implemented at New Delhi and Bangalore stations recently for providing high speed internet to passengers with plans to provide the facility to 75 major category railway stations in India and in trains too very soon.

The broadband streaming service will enable passengers at railway stations across the country to download and view their favorite entertainment content from ErosNow on their phones. RailTel has launched high speed Wi-Fi network on key railway stations and passengers will be informed about this exclusive service on arrival at stations.

Eros International Media is a part of the Eros Group, which has an extensive film library and is in the business of sourcing Indian and other film content and exploiting it worldwide through its offices in India, UK, USA, UAE, Singapore, Australia, the Isle of Man and Fiji across formats such as theatres, home entertainment, television and digital new media.
