Cityon Systems (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2015,has taken on record resignation tendered by Man Mohan Singh from the post of Managing Director of the Company and resignation tendered by Rahul Mehta from the post of Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Further, the Board noted that efforts will be made to find out suitable / eligible candidates for the both vacant post i.e. Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company on priority basis.
