Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills has informed that the board of directors of the company in its meeting held on January 31, 2012 has fixed February 15, 2012 as the record date for the purpose of issue of 1,72,80,000 fully paid-up bonus equity shares to the existing shareholders of the company, in the ratio of 2:1 i.e. two new equity shares of Rs. 10 each for every one existing equity shares of Rs. 10, as approved by the members of the company in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 31, 2012.
