Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have increased their stake in INOX Leisure. Goldman Sachs India Fund and Norges Bank on Account of Government Pension Fund Global have collectively acquired 2.35 million shares of the company for total consideration of Rs 41.20 crore.
On March 12, 2015 Goldman Sachs India Fund bought 1.25 million shares, while Norges Bank on Account Of Government Pension Fund Global purchased 1.10 million shares of INOX Leisure at Rs 175 on the BSE, the bulk deal data shows.
INOX Leisure is one of the fastest growing multiplex chains in the country, building and managing multiplex cinemas throughout India.
