Advanta has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 26, 2015, to consider the conversion notice from the FCCB holders, allotment of equity shares and issue of Global Depositary Receipts In this connection, as per the Company?s Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from March 23, 2015 to March 28, 2015 (both days inclusive).
