DSP Blackrock Mutual Fund has bought 3.3% stake in Ashapura Intimates Fashion for about Rs 13.75 crore via open market purchase. Mutual Fund house has purchased 640,000 equity shares in the company at price of Rs 214.95 per share on the BSE.
Ashapura Intimates Fashion is engaged in the business of designing, branding, marketing and retailing of intimate garments through a well developed & wide distribution network and undertakes sales through organized retail chains and own outlets (of around 105 distributors and have presence in more than 13500 retail counters).
