With reference to the news appeared in The Times of India dated June 08, 2015 captioned ‘Activist investors force Eros to dump TV foray’, Eros International Media has Clarified that the news item about the de-listing of Eros International Media, India from the Stock Exchanges is speculative in nature and no such move is under contemplation. The Company has no plans to delist from the BSE and NSE and has not started any process formal or informal with respect to this. With respect to clarification on Television foray, the same was also clarified earlier vide our letter dated April 07, 2015. They reiterate that at this point of time the Group has no concrete plans to foray in Television market and is currently focusing on its digital strategy. Furthermore, the Company is in control of its own strategy and has all the shareholders interests in mind while devising and executing the same.
