09 Jul 2015 Evaluate

Eros International is reportedly in advanced discussion with Singapore-based Fullerton Fund Management Company to sell a stake in its Eros Now unit. The deal, if completed, would value Eros Now at as much as $800 million or Rs 5,080 crore.

Eros Now is Eros International’s streaming platform, which has about 19 million subscribers, mostly in India. Fullerton, which already owns about 10 per cent of Eros International, wouldn't increase its investment in the parent company through the Eros Now investment.
