Further, in compliance with provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Rules framed there under, and Clause 355 of the Listing Agreement, the Members are provided with the facility to cast their vote electronically, through the e-voting services provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). The remote e-voting commences on September 26, 2015 (09:00 am) and ends on September 28, 2015 (05:00 pm). The cut-off date (record date) for e-voting is September 22, 2015.
