INOX Leisure has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2015, to consider and take on record, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, in accordance to the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from October 15, 2015 till completion of 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
