Mukta Arts has informed that the Statutory Auditors of the Company, B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, have tendered their resignation vide their resignation letter dated October 05, 2015. The Board of Directors of the Company proposes and recommends that Uttam Abuwala & Co., Chartered Accountants, be appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of B S R & Co. LLP. Member’s approval for the same is being sought by passing a resolution by means of Postal Ballot.
