Future Consumer Enterprise has informed that, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall be closed with effect from October 30, 2015 and will remain closed up to November 09, 2015 in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on November 07, 2015, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. The trading window shall be open from November 10, 2015.
