Roto Pumps advances as its JVC divests equity stake in Ecochem Pumps

Roto Pumps is currently trading at Rs. 79.30, up by 1.00 points or 1.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 78.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 79.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 79.30 and Rs. 79.30 respectively.

Roto Pumps' Joint Venture Company (JVC) in Singapore ‘Roto Overseas’ has divested its equity stake in the South African Company known as Ecochem Pumps and has acquired a majority equity stake in another South African Company known as Roto Pumps Africa. This is intended to open up the markets in South Africa and other African Companies for the sale of Roto Products.

Roto Pumps is an engineering company with global focus. With presence in over 40 countries, the company aim to provide localized solutions in application engineering, deliveries and sales support.
