Binny has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 20, 2015, has considered and approved the proposal of the Company to sell land to an extent of 1.61 acres situated at Vyasarpadi, Chennai for a consideration of Rs 24.58 crores or higher price and also authorized M.Nandagopal, Executive Chairman and Arvind Nandagopal, Managing Director of the Company severally to finalize the sale and execute the necessary Sale Agreement.
