Sirohia & Sons has informed that the Board of Directors have considered and approved in their meeting held on November 14, 2015, the resignation of Neha Gupta, from the position of Company Secretary with effect from, November 01, 2015. Further, the Board of Directors has also considered and approved in the meeting, the appointment of Rahul Gupta, as Company Secretary with effect from, November 14, 2015. Pursuant to Clause 50(a) of the SME Listing agreement, the Company appoints Rahul Gupta, Company Secretary of the Company as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from, November 14, 2015. He will be taking over the charge from Jitendra Sirohia, the existing Compliance officer of the Company.
