Surat Textile Mills has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2016, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct of the Company, the Trading Window shall be closed from January 26, 2016 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results to the public for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2015. Accordingly, all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
