Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Directors and Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors and Designated Persons of the Company from January 29, 2016 till February 16, 2016 for the purpose of forthcoming Board Meeting.
