With reference to the above, the Company has informed that, as per the revised Code of Conduct for Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the said Code from February 02, 2016 to February 11, 2016.
